SGQEX determines that quality aspects are treated jointly, being considered strategic issues, operates to serve industrial and commercial customers from different segments, located throughout the national territory
 
The company's systemic documentation aims to define, establish and document the basic principles of the Quality Management System, seeking to meet the requirements established by the NBR ISO 9001:2015 Standards.

The Management of SGQEX formalizes in a document its commitment to the full performance of the planned actions, in the sense of Total Quality, aware of its responsibility to implement and maintain the Quality Management System in operation, seeking, mainly, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of its processes.
 
The Quality Management principles are: Customer Focus, Leadership, People Engagement, Process Approach, Improvement, Evidence-Based Decision Making and Relationship Management, all guidelines considered in the Quality Management System where the organizational structure is supported in managerial processes with identification of the necessary competences.
